I've told friends that Disney is the only organization that could ever entice me away from my current awesome job. Disney is a marvel of a company. They are creative, forward-thinking, and they treat their people well. I asked my youngest daughter, Abbey, who is in middle school and a huge fan of Disney Channel programming to give me her lists of the most talented stars in the Disney stable. She is an excellent judge of talent, especially when it comes to all things Disney. Here's her list of the ten most talented girls on Disney Channel:

That List is so wayy off. Raven is moving on from Disney...and Miley is not better than Raven...stop using Colour as A Racial Undertone.
